Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were fantastic, offering modern and well-appointed spaces. The 'Relaxation Room' was a true highlight with its cozy lounging chairs and peaceful ambiance. However, the dining experience was a bit weak after the previous night's offerings, and there were minor issues with the intrusive maid. The location was lively and convenient, close to attractions like Klyde Warren Park and the Perot Museum.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, though the color palette may be considered drab. The service is outstanding with staff accommodating specific requests with courtesy. The location is excellent, close to popular attractions, but some may find the design a bit small. The dining experience is enjoyable with a variety of fresh products.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the room was spacious and overlooked the front of the building; however, the morning rush at 10 am was a bit noisy. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. The location was prime, close to Klyde Warren Park and the Perot Museum, offering a lively atmosphere. The dining experience was worth every penny, although the make-your-own pancake machine was a bit of a challenge. The facilities were top-notch with everything you could need available.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, albeit a bit warm at times. The in-suite hydrotherapy bath was a nice touch. The service, while professional, had a minor hiccup with an overeager maid. The location was convenient, close to attractions and with helpful staff. The dining options were satisfactory but nothing extraordinary.
